Founder & CEO
Charleston native, David Partridge, is a commercial general contractor and residential builder. He discovered at an early age his love of working with his hands to create something lasting and beautiful from raw materials.
He gleaned much of his knowledge from his grandfathers one of whom was an engineer and the other a commercial land and real-estate developer. He absorbed their knowledge in many areas of construction and fabrication. He grew up loving construction, carpentry, and machine operation. Growing up he learned skills of craftsmanship and dedication. He has a love for fine wood craftsmanship and detail.
He enjoys spending time with his family and helping out in the community. When he is not building something, you can find him fishing in the intracoastal waterways.
Brooks Vaughn moved to the Lowcountry when he was 9 years old from Wilmington, NC.
After high school, he pursued a career in Culinary Management. Holding numerous positions for over 20 years, he gained experience in leadership and building lasting relationships. Brooks worked side by side with David in the early years of Peartree and a spark was ignited for his love of construction.
He is a licensed home inspector with the S.C. Residential Builders Commission and came on board as a project manager in 2020.
Brooks married his beautiful wife Melanie in 2015, and they have two children, Wayland and Lydia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and anything outdoors.
Assistant Project Manager
Andrew Russell was born and raised in the South Carolina Lowcountry. As a child and teen, he spent a considerable amount of time in a cabinet-making shop, and it was there he developed a love for the fabrication process. He takes pride in seeing something beautiful created from raw materials and has a passion for perfecting the details. His enthusiasm for creating has kept him in the home building, repair, and restoration industry for the last 15 years.
Andrew’s goal is service. He believes that serving his clients at work and the community at home will make everyone successful. He has achieved over 100 service hours with the formerly known Lowcountry Furniture Bank, and he coaches with the City of Charleston’s Recreation Department. His favorite things to do when he’s not working are spending time with his family, participating in his church’s men’s group, and fishing in local tournaments.

Business Development Manager
Jared graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Telecommunications in 2010. Being inspired by his mother's success in the home building industry from a young age, he decided to move to Charleston in 2017 to pursue success in the same industry. Also a licensed Realtor, he has been assisting buyers of new and existing homes ever since.
Jared credits his success to the satisfaction of helping people, building lasting relationships and growing a business. In his position with Peartree Homes, he accomplishes this by acquiring new clients and building and maintaining relationships with local trades and fellow Realtors.
He and his fiancé Deanna, along with their dog Stella, reside in Johns Island. You may find them out sampling the newest and best food/drinks in the Charleston area, see them at a local car show or spending time with friends and family.
